To all PANP Members and Supporters
We did it! Governor Wolf signed House Bill 516 on November 3rd! As per the wording of the bill, this will go into effect January 1, 2018.
The PANP will be working over the next year to determine how to implement this new legislation. We will be in touch regularly as to the progress that is made in this direction.
In the meantime, celebrate! Everyone worked very hard to mobilize patients, family and friends to call and write and voice their support. Everyone engaged legislators from one end of the state to another. It was this combined effort that made this day possible. Thank you!
